Honestly, some recipes sound totally disgusting. It's definitely a cookbook from your old nan, but some sound much better than others. The ingredients are also not found at your local grocery store. But are black currants sold on Amazon worth the price? Yup. They're delicious. Is buckwheat flour actually amazing? Why yes, yes it is. And do I have a many good new ideas for eating those apricot seeds? Yes! Yes, I do! So. Five stars. Good book overall.
I love this cookbook!! It is a wonderful tool to start anew for my family’s best health. So many people just don’t know where to begin on changing their food plans to include the healthy (non processed)) things. This is my best learning tool to start with.

I just received my order of 3 books including the little cyanide cookbook. Ordering was simple and excellent as it came all within a few days of ordering. I also just received my 2 nd order of the seeds and seed meal. I tried one seed and e joyed it. The taste reminds me of a Greek almond cookie. Very satisfied so far and will post another review once I’ve tried some recipes !

I have not had a chance to make anything yet, but they sound good. I'm really looking for the recipes of little samples you gave out at the last big health and freedom conference that Tim brown and Kate S. were at., If i remember they said peanut butter flavored? not sure, but it hade the B17 nuts in it.
