  • Apricot Seeds/Seed Meal: Returns are not accepted under any circumstances. This includes unopened, opened, or damaged items. Due to the perishable nature of apricot seeds and the risk of contamination, we must enforce a strict no-return policy to comply with food safety regulations and prevent potential health hazards.
  • Dietary Supplements and Cosmetics: Eligible for returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to specific conditions outlined below. This policy applies to vitamins, minerals, and other supplement products in our catalog.

Conditions for Supplement Returns

For a supplement return to be valid, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date (as indicated on your order confirmation or receipt).
  • The product must be in its original packaging with the tamper-evident seal fully intact and unbroken. Any evidence of tampering, opening, or use will result in the return being denied.
  • The item must not be expired, damaged, or altered in any way that compromises its integrity.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) must be provided with the return request.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.

Step-by-Step Return Process

If your supplement purchase qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate the Return: Contact our customer service team via email at contact@rncstore.com or through our website's contact form within the 30-day window. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting details. We will respond within 2-3 business days to confirm eligibility.
  2. Prepare the Package: Securely package the item in its original condition, including all accessories and documentation. 
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to our designated return address: Richardson Nutritional Center, 10632 N. Scottsdale Rd. Suite B #419, Scottsdale, AZ 85154.  You are responsible for all return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring the package, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned item within 5-7 business days to verify that the tamper-evident seal is intact and all conditions are met.
  5. Refund Issuance: If approved, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

The entire process, from initiation to refund, typically takes 10-15 business days, depending on shipping times and inspection.

Refund Parameters

  • Refund Amount: Only the original purchase price of the product will be refunded. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Return shipping costs, duties, taxes, or any additional fees incurred during the return process are the customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where multiple items are returned from a single order, refunds will be prorated based on the eligible items only.
