Good Alternative to Chewing the Bitter Seeds

I actually like chewing the seeds and don’t think they are all that bitter, but for those who may not like the bitterness this is a great alternative. These are also handy for traveling or during times where chewing the seeds is not convenient. I’ll buy again and highly recommend!

I feel the seed caps enhance the B17. I have a probable skin cancer area on my shoulder not diagnosed by the medical cartel. My area is almost healed.
