Effective against prostate cancer?

I took 2 bottles of 500 mg laetrile during September and October before a scheduled colonoscopy in hopes of a clean bill of health for the colonoscopy. I did have a couple benign polyps removed. But I was also scheduled to have my PSA checked and it dropped from 16.00 in May to 14.28 on Nov. 2. I had been diagnosed with a small and slow prostate cancer. So perhaps the drop in PSA can be attributed to taking the laetrile.
