Hi Nathan, We made a change in manufacturing over the summer due to some inconsistencies we were seeing with our previous supplier. We are now producing the Bitter Apricot Seed Meal in-house to ensure better quality control. As a result, the seed meal contains more moisture because of the increased natural oil from the seeds in the ground powder, which may explain the difference in texture you're experiencing.

Hi Paulene, I have reviewed the status of your shipment, and it appears there has been no movement since September 30th. As a result, I have gone ahead and created a replacement order for you at no additional charge.

Seed meal=A+, Packaging=F

I purchased the 16 oz apricot seed meal. The product was as expected. No issue there.
I DO have an issue with the packaging. The bag is too tall for the amount of product in the bag. And, secondly, my bag came with no measuring scoop. I called the phone number listed on the bag and left 3 voicemails. I got no response back. This makes me question the integrity of the product. You need to fix this!

I am sorry to hear there was no scoop included in your Seed Meal. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that we are able to correct this error with our fulfillment center. The scoop is 1.25 cc's which is the approximate equivalent of 1/4 teaspoon.
