Great product. If i understand from the package, The pills are not necessary because the powder has the B17, B15 and the Proenzymes in it so it real easy to mix with just about anything.

Going slow but so far great!

Delivery was a week and arrived safely packaged. We mix it with our morning oatmeal and we can’t taste anything bitter but we are still on 2 scoops. We haven’t felt differently so no bad side affect so far.
