Seed meal=A+, Packaging=F

I purchased the 16 oz apricot seed meal. The product was as expected. No issue there.
I DO have an issue with the packaging. The bag is too tall for the amount of product in the bag. And, secondly, my bag came with no measuring scoop. I called the phone number listed on the bag and left 3 voicemails. I got no response back. This makes me question the integrity of the product. You need to fix this!

I am sorry to hear there was no scoop included in your Seed Meal. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that we are able to correct this error with our fulfillment center. The scoop is 1.25 cc's which is the approximate equivalent of 1/4 teaspoon.

Apricot Seed Meal

I wasn’t sure how this would work out at first. I’ve put it in my morning coffee & can’t tell any bad taste. Works for me & would recommend.

Excellent service and information

My first order did not arrive and RNC store promptly sent a replacement of the Apricot Meal. They also sent me excellent resources to check out. I highly recommend the RNCstore!!!
