SHIPPING

We ship to anyone we are able to reach globally. To determine if we are able to deliver to your location specifically, please enter your address at checkout. Once your information is recognized by the system, the options for shipping will pre-populate. As long as there is a courier that can access your location, the order will ship. 

However, please be aware of local government rules and regulations, as they are outside of our control. Check for any customs limitations on health supplements and inquire about import taxes due upon delivery. We are happy to ship but are not liable for any items that are confiscated by customs.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


MISSING OR DAMAGED ORDERS

We strive to ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers. In case of any damage or non-receipt of an order, we kindly request that you report this matter to us within 30 days of the shipment date. This timeframe has been established to facilitate timely investigations within the window of opportunity to initiate a claim with the appropriate courier. By adhering to this claims timeline, we are able to provide solutions efficiently and offer a suitable resolution.
