They taste good not sure how many to eat every day?

I know it's good for me

I have found, with sensitive taste, that once I chew the seeds, I have a bitter taste in my mouth and my tongue is numb, but if I just have a little bit of sweets after it, that helps take care of the taste without much caloric intake (like 2 Hershey's miniatures does the trick). I might try Choffy instead as that would be some antioxidants and better than the candy (pure Cacao). Otherwise, I am hoping it works. I have some elevated cancer markers for no explainable reason and am hoping this will knock them down.

I feel blessed to have found Richardson Nutritional Center as a source for apricot seeds. The B17 is so important for a friend who is battling cancer.
